Who We Serve

Four points where operational maturity determines whether a fund clears diligence — or doesn't.

Emerging Managers Ready to Scale — Funds transitioning to institutional-grade operations, clearing administrative backlog and closing the gaps ODD reviews most often

Fund Admins Needing Operating Model Transformation — Administration teams running on fragmented tools and manual reconciliations, requiring a Target Operating Model that scales with AUM.

Fund Boards — Boards and Investment Committees requiring documented decision rubrics, board packs, and LPAC policies that hold up to institutional and regulatory scrutiny.

Funds Looking to Enhance the Investor Experience — Managers modernizing investor onboarding, AML/KYC workflows, and reporting cadence to institutional LP standards.

Ben founded Boldbridge after nearly two decades in institutional fund operations. He spent over a decade at Aztec Fund Services as Associate Director and Regional Relationship Lead, where he was part of the founding team that built the firm's US operations from a standing start to more than 50 professionals across two offices — leading fund closings, cash management design, and accounting oversight for private equity, private debt, and fund of funds clients. Earlier, at JTC Group in Jersey, Channel Islands, he managed fund closings, capital events, and board governance for some of the firm's largest institutional clients. He holds a Chartered Governance Institute qualification and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern University.

"I've seen the same back-office mistakes repeat across funds for years — the wrong platform, a rollout that never quite lands, early decisions a fund can't economically undo later. Boldbridge exists to be the co-pilot that helps managers get it right from day one, saving time and cost down the line."
