ABOUT
BoldBridge is a single-person boutique advisory founded on the principle that high-level governance and operational excellence should be both highly accessible and deeply personal.
After almost two decades in the global fund services industry working on some of the world’s largest funds, I established BoldBridge to offer businesses first-hand expertise. My mission is to empower organizations to reach operational maturity sooner and navigate complex transitions with minimal friction.
A Personal Approach to Professional Standards
As a boutique firm, BoldBridge is built for the client who values a dedicated point of contact and an advisor who is intimately invested in their long-term success.
When you work with BoldBridge, you are working directly with me. This dynamic allows for a level of agility, discretion, and customized attention that traditional, multi-layered consultancies simply cannot replicate. Your specific operational goals are met with precision, accountability, and absolute focus.

Benjamin Cox | Founder & Strategic Advisor
My journey into corporate governance began somewhat unexpectedly on the Island of Jersey, where I started as a junior delivering mail for a local trust company. Over the next 17 years, that initial curiosity grew into a global career in fund services and corporate administration. I have had the opportunity to help establish US operations for international firms and manage board advisory and investor relations for some of the world’s largest Private Equity and Real Estate funds.
I moved to the United States in 2021, bringing a perspective shaped by the regulatory landscapes of the UK and Europe. My approach to governance is grounded in professional standards; I am a graduate of the Chartered Governance Institute of UK and Ireland, a member of the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada, and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern University.
Beyond the technicalities of compliance and board advisory, I am driven by the belief that clear governance is a powerful tool for positive impact. I am particularly interested in how sustainability and social investing (ESG) can be woven into the fabric of an organization to ensure its long-term health.
When I’m not focused on strategic planning, I spend my time with my wife and son. Being a family person keeps me focused on the future—reminding me that the work we do today to build sustainable, well-governed enterprises is about the world we leave for the next generation.
